Infrared (IR) photography captures wavelengths of light measured between 700-1,000 nm, impossible to see with the naked eye. Living vegetation reflects IR light in such a way that when captured in B&W, they appear to glow white, offering a surreal view of the world around us. This series of black & white infrared photographs was taken throughout the province of Nova Scotia, Canada, between 2019-2020, exploring the brilliance of the local greenery & scenery in a different light.
